Jennifer manages the Front Office. She is a strong patient advocate and a great navigator of the health care system. She is skilled at scheduling, billing, pre-authorizations, and Worker’s Compensation Qualified Medical Examinations.
Liliana – Scheduler, Pre-authorizations, Front Office Coordinator
As Front Office Coordinator, Liliana schedules appointments, surgical procedures, obtains preauthorizations, and verifies insurance benefits. She has over 10 years of experience working in the front office as a scheduler.
Araceli – Front Office Receptionist
Araceil is usually the first voice heard on the telephone, and the first face seen by our patients. She is aware of the importance of the job, and has knowledge of the referral community, health plans, and the needs of the patient. She has worked several years as a medical front office receptionist.
Jessica- Front Office Receptionist
Jessica greets patients, schedules new and follow-up appointments, directs phone calls to the appropriate staff member, and checks eligibility and benefits.
Cindy – Back Office Manager, Certified Medical Assistant/Allergy Technician
Cindy is a medical assistant who works in the back office assisting the doctors with their patients and procedures. She performs allergy skin testing and injections. She interacts with patients to help with their questions and concerns.
Gisella- Back Office Medical Assistant
Gisella works in the back office assisting Dr. Paul with office visits and procedures. She helps to obtain authorizations for studies and procedures. She performs allergy injections and she interacts with patients to help with their questions and concerns.

Anahi works as a front office receptionist to schedule and confirm appointments. Often times she will answer your phone calls and direct your inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
